Specimen was located in the Millwood member of the Pierre Shale Formation on the CFDC Property, ~20 yards west of the final reeds North of Quarry #3 and approximately 1/4 Southeast of the hill with an "exploded" toilet littering the surface. Discovered by Keiichi Aotsuka on the final day of the 2008 field season.
