The Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre is pleased to announce that guided museum tours and fossil digs are now available in Russian and Ukrainian.
“Part of our mandate is to educate the public on Manitoba’s unique fossil and geological history,” said executive director Peter Cantelon. “With the addition of our newest staff member Yevgeniya Tatarenko we are now able to offer two additional languages to our programming providing greater opportunity and access to new Canadians and recent arrivals.”
The new programming options are available immediately. Tours can be booked by contacting the Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre at 204-822-3406 or by emailing info@discoverfossils.com.
The CFDC is home to Bruce, the world’s largest publicly displayed Mosasaur and holder of a Guinness World Record as well as Canada’s largest collection of marine reptile fossils.
