Covid-19 Response Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre

With the current outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), and with the discovery of presumptive cases in Manitoba, the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre is working on a plan to address events and activities affected during this time.

In accordance with the social distancing recommendations released by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living, the Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre (CFDC) has closed until further notice. The Spring Break Dino Day Camp scheduled for March 30 to April 3 is also cancelled.

Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre staff will be available by phone and email and the Museum is fully operational except for visitor admission, tours, programming, etc. We will be preparing for the continuation of regular operations in accordance with the timelines recommended by provincial and federal governments.

As the situation continues to evolve, we will continue to share information. Please watch your inbox, check our www.discoverfossils.com website or give us a call at 204-822-3406.
