Re-Opening DATE!! Come and Visit us on June 1st, 2020
Hi CFDC friends!
We are excited to announce that we will be re-opening to the general public on June 1st, 2020, with usual hours (Mo-Fr 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sa-Su 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm), and new safety measures.
The Access Event Centre main doors will be open for CFDC entrance.
Due to the highly touchable surfaces, the Kids’ Room will remain closed until further notice.
Our visitors, volunteers and staff’s health and safety are our priority. To ensure all remain safe, new protocols will be in place:
• Staff, volunteers and guests must self-screen before entering the museum.
• Out of respect for our staff, volunteers, and community, we ask that guests with flu- or cold-like symptoms please remain at home.
•Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 feet) is to be maintained at all times when on Centre. The occupancy of the gift shop is restricted to 2 customers.
•Hand-sanitation and increased cleaning practices of our gift shop, washrooms and other high-touch surfaces are in place.
•Cashless and no-contact payment is preferred.
•Staff and patrons are welcome to wear self-provided masks.
